Product & Quality
What does "On-Demand Production" mean?
We only produce when you order. No warehouse, no mass production, less waste. Each item is made individually for you, which is why it takes 7-14 business days. In return, you won't get a run-of-the-mill product.
How do I care for embroidered clothing correctly?
Wash at 30°C inside out, no fabric softener, do not tumble dry. Ironing is fine, but only from the reverse side or with a cloth over it. This way, the embroidery will last forever.
What materials do you use?
Organic cotton and sustainable fabrics, GOTS-certified or Oeko-Tex tested. The exact composition is listed with each product. Quality is important to us, as is sustainability.
Are your products sustainable?
Yes. We only produce on demand, work with local partners in Germany, and use organic-certified materials. Short distances, fair production, no excess.
Order & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
7-14 business days in Germany, 10-16 business days in the EU. This already includes production time. As soon as your package is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Shipping is via DHL.
Why does production take 7-14 days?
Because we don't keep anything in stock. Each item is only produced after your order; embroidered items take even longer. This makes it sustainable and not a mass-produced item.
Do you also ship outside Germany?
Of course, to all EU countries. Free within Germany, we charge fair shipping costs for the EU. Delivery time: 10-16 business days.
Can I pick up my order in Münster?
Yes! If you're from Münster or the surrounding area, you can pick it up. Just select "Pickup" at checkout or send us an email after ordering at info@hdkoriginal.com.
Sizes & Fit
How do I find the right size?
Check the size chart for each product. Measure your favorite items and compare the measurements. Our items fit true to size to slightly oversized. If you have any questions, just contact us.
Do your products run true to size?
Yes, standard products run true to size. Oversized cuts are specially marked. The size chart contains exact measurements. When in doubt, go one size up for the authentic streetwear look.
Can I order different sizes and return them?
No, because we produce on demand. Exchanges are only possible for defects or errors. Please check the size chart carefully or ask us beforehand. This saves unnecessary returns and protects the environment.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return on-demand products?
Individually manufactured items are excluded from the right of withdrawal. However, if something is broken, wrongly delivered, or has a production defect, we will of course exchange it or refund the price. Contact us within 14 days with photos at info@hdkoriginal.com.
What happens with defective goods?
You'll receive a replacement or your money back. Simply send us photos of the defect to info@hdkoriginal.com and we'll take care of it immediately.
How do exchanges work?
Exchanges only for defects or incorrect delivery. Contact us with your order number and a description. We'll look into it and find a solution. More information in our Return Policy.
Embroidery & Printing Processes
What finishing techniques do you use?
Embroidery, DTG printing, and DTF printing. Embroidered products have "Stick" in their name (e.g., JOVEL! Stick). Designs with a lot of white are usually printed with DTF, others with DTG. All made in Germany, washable, and durable.
What's the difference between DTG and DTF?
DTG prints directly into the fabric, great for detailed designs with a soft feel. DTF transfers via film and is perfect for motifs with a lot of white on dark fabrics. The colors are more brilliant and cover better. Both methods are high quality.
What's the difference between embroidery and print?
Embroidery is three-dimensional, elegant, and lasts forever. Print is softer on the skin and offers more design freedom. Both have their advantages, and you'll find both with us.
How do I care for printed clothing correctly?
Wash at 30°C inside out, no fabric softener, do not tumble dry. Iron only from the reverse side or with a cloth over it. This way, the designs will stay beautiful for a long time.
Can I have my own designs embroidered or printed?
Not currently. We offer selected designs with embroidery, DTG, and DTF. For updates on custom options, follow us on Instagram @hdkoriginal.
Which products are available with embroidery?
All those with "Stick" in their name (e.g., JOVEL! Stick, CREWLOVE! Stick, TRUSTME! Stick). The designs are permanently available as long as the basic materials are in stock. Simply filter by "Stick" in the shop.
